Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured and self-pay patients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for scheduled services. Estimates are provided in writing at least 1–3 business days before your scheduled service, depending on timing.

Standard charges

A list of standard charges and shoppable services is available upon request. Actual amounts owed depend on your insurance coverage, deductibles, and the specifics of your procedure.
