We provide free aids and services to people with disabilities and free language services to people whose primary language is not English — including qualified interpreters and information in other formats or languages. Please ask any staff member for assistance.

Filing a grievance

If you believe ABQ Surgery Center has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way, you can file a grievance by contacting info@abqsurgerycenter.com or calling (505) 932-7475. You may also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights.
